LED Compartment Light Kit for 3 Vertical + 1 Horizontal

A combination of 12", 24", and 47" lights are provided in kits to accommodate specific body applications. Lights contain 18, 36, and 71 white diodes respectively. Light is 5/16"Wx1/8"H. One vertically orientated light is provided for each vertical compartment, and two are provided for horizontal compartments. The weight of each light kit is 4 lbs. LED compartment light kits are shipped loose only and designed to be connected to an upfitter switch in the cab, which will control operation of all compartment lights simultaneously. For chassis not having factory installed upfitter switches in the cab, an upfitter switch kit containing lighted rocker switch, power harness with in-line fuse, and instructions is available separately (26230227).

LED compartment lights are available only on selected models shown above, with the following exceptions:

Not recommended for use on bodies equipped with bottle gas retainers or bodies being used to store flammable materials.
Not compatible with side access steps
Not compatible with 500 and 700 series bodies

Door activated switch kits are available for vertical and horizontal compartments. Kits contain one switch, mounting bracket, appropriate wire jumpers, mounting hardware, and instructions. Kits convert one compartment only, are specific to either vertical or horizontal compartments, and operate in conjunction with LED compartment light kits listed.
