Cup designs are offered for Ford, GM, and RAM chassis cab/bed removal applications. Compatible with gas, diesel, and DEF fill applications.
New Option Fit options have been created to add the new fuel fill cutout for Steel Bodies. New fenderskirts have been created with the new cutout for Aluminum Service Body models.
*Note - The new Option Fit cutouts and aluminum body fenderskirt options will NOT work with any cups other than the new cup. This cutout has a 5.5” diameter and is NOT the same as any of the OEM cutouts for the cups that come with the chassis.
This new fuel cup design is made from Dupont Zytel Black Nylon. The durable, impact resistant material has the same UV resistance, and finish appearance as our current NXG door latch housings. The non-metallic cup design eliminates potential for corrosion. It contains an adjustable flange, which allows the fill angle to be changed for multiple OEM compatibility. They also include a door with a spring-loaded detent feature to keep the door open/closed.
These kits are the replacement to previously offered Aluminum Fuel Fill Cups.
